Instrument and Control Maintenance Practice: Condition Monitoring Systems
This unit develops the skills required to carry out routine maintenance of condition monitoring systems in a training workshop, including preparation for maintenance activities, identification of hazards, using technical guidelines, preparing maintenance records and clearing the work area. It is recommended that Instrument and Control Maintenance Techniques: Condition Monitoring Systems is completed before or in conjunction with this Unit.
Learning Objectives :
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

- Complete routine maintenance for condition monitoring systems.
- Routine maintenance techniques for condition monitoring systems.
- Routine maintenance procedures and workshop practice.

Teaching methods :
- The course will be delivered by means of classroom lectures and practical workshop exercices.
- Learners must be observed working on an individual basis for a minimum of 50% of the maintenance tasks.
- Pre & post course tests are performed to measure knowledge acquisition.
